Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – we are developing an effective FAQ section
As you know, of course, the FAQ (Frequently asked questions) are frequently asked questions that are collected and highlighted on a separate page. Thanks to it, the user will be able to find the answer to his question without asking the forum or support service (support). The ideal FAQ page helps to deal with the site without any third-party support, unfortunately, in most cases this does not happen. The success of the FAQ depends on how well this page is designed and what is placed on it. In this article, written on the basis of the publication Designing Effective FAQ Pages, I want to make out some aspects and basics of a proper, working section in frequently asked questions.

Microsoft Silverlight
Over time, the global network is increasingly filled with sites that represent various web services with a rich dynamic interface. Such resources are based on technologies, thanks to which developers can significantly extend the functionality of their projects and enrich their user interface with elements typical of powerful desktop applications. These technologies include the Silverlight software platform discussed in this article.
This fairly young system was developed by Microsoft and includes an add-in for a browser installed on the user’s machine. The range of application of this platform is quite wide, and adaptations of its plug-in make resources built on its basis accessible to a wide range of users. This technology is a direct competitor to the well-known Adobe Flash, which at one time was very popular among web development. Although in most cases, developers prefer to use Flash technology to implement various kinds of effects in the interface of their projects, Silverlight has several advantages that allow you to use more powerful programming languages and work with multimedia file formats that are not supported by Flash. The Silverlight platform, unlike its competitor, makes it possible to create not only animated elements – “flash drives”, but also to develop multifunctional, powerful interactive applications that run in a browser window.
